Need to know the status of your SBA Disaster Loan applications? Email disastercustomerservice@sba.gov with your application number or call 1-800-659-2955, but be prepared to wait.
Suggestion: Check your personal credit report.

When your application is being reviewing by a loan officer, they will check your credit. If you see that your credit was pulled, it likely means that SBA is working on your application.
