CALHOUN COUNTY TO REQUEST FEDERAL AND STATE ASSETS
Calhoun County, Alabama – In response to the rapidly evolving COVID-19 pandemic Calhoun County is making a request to the State of Alabama for medical assistance to support the projected impact on the local healthcare capacity and capabilities.
Today at 4:00 p.m, Friday, April 3, 2020, Calhoun County EMA and others officials will conduct a press conference to provide an update with details. The press conference will be held outside in front of the EMA/911 Operations Center (507 Francis St W. Jacksonville, AL). Media parking will be in the upper parking lot. Proper social distancing will be practiced.
